Privacy and terms

Who we are

Oriad is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and is responsible for the personal data described on this page. For anything here, email oriad.inquiries@gmail.com.

Privacy

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or third-party tracking. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We use it only to deliver the site and keep it secure, which is our legitimate interest. It is held in server logs for at most 30 days. Vercel may process it outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States, where it relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.

If you email us, we use your address and your message only to reply and to handle your enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you or, where you are asking about a project, to take steps before an agreement. We keep the conversation until the enquiry is resolved and any follow-up has passed, and then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it, and we do not sell or share it for marketing. Our email is handled by Google (Gmail) as our service provider, which may also process it outside the EU/EEA under its own transfer safeguards.

If you use our project enquiry form, your answers (name, email, company and project details) are collected by Typeform as our service provider and stored in the United States, protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We use them only to reply and to plan your project, on the same basis and for the same period as an email enquiry.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email us and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.

Our products

Each Oriad product has its own page or app. Its privacy information, prices, payment terms, cancellation and refund terms are stated there, and apply to that product. Payments, where a product takes them, are processed by a payment provider, so we do not see or store your full card number.

If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer rights of your country apply in addition to anything we state, including the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days where the law gives you one.

Using this website

The content of this website is provided for general information and is protected by copyright. Product and company names shown here, including the technologies we build with, belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe what we use.

Please do not use our website or products to break the law or to harm others. We may close accounts that do. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies, without limiting the consumer protection you have in your country of residence. We would like to solve any problem with you directly first. Consumers can also take a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se.
